Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a

  Subject Matter Expert (SME)

  , collaborating with and managing the team to ensure optimal performance.
• Responsible for

  team decisions

  and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Engage with

  multiple teams

  and contribute to key decisions, ensuring smooth execution.
• Provide

  solutions to problems

  for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate

  projects through contract management

  and

  shared service coordination

  .
• Develop and maintain

  relationships with key stakeholders

  and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda.
• Manage and support the

  delivery of programs, projects, or managed services

  .
• Ensure effective

  communication and coordination

  between various teams.
