The service Incharge has to receive the goods received from the customer for repair or service. Then enter the details in the computer and allot a Job No. Then give the goods to the engineer for preparing a report of the repair to be done to rectify the instruments. Then the estimate for repairs is prepared and sent to customer for approval. If approved, a P/I si sent to the customer for payment. When payment is received, engineer is told to repair the instruments. After repairs, the instrument is depatched to the customer. If the repair estimate is not approved, the instruments are returned without repairs. All actions are recorded in the computer.
