Position : Service Engineer / Executive AC & WH Position Objective: Responsible to Manage of Air conditioner & Water Heater Principal Responsibility : Handling the entire end to end process of ASC & field operations . Must have the technical competency in Air-conditioner & Water Heaters. Handing all ASC spare orders ,payouts, documentation, related to the appointments & other aspects . Responsible for the customer satisfaction of Air conditioner & Water Heater. Ensure establishment of proper channel/touch points for Consumers/Trade Partners/Contractors. Interaction with trader partners and customers to measure operational efficiency and improvement in process. Regular interaction with sales team for the VOC and product feedback Feedback to QA team for the product performance and quality improvement. Responsible for interdepartmental process alignment and improvement in the process to increase efficiency of CS systems. Responsible for Coordination with supply chain team for the MSL availability of Air conditioner & Water Heater across warehouses & service networks. Monitoring of SLA. Focus on cost efficiency of operations and responsible to reduce the replacement cost. Efficient to develop technical competencies for technicians for Air conditioner Strong coordination within the CS team and cross functional (BU/Logistics/MCD team) increase efficiency of CS systems Knowledge : Technical Competency in Air-conditioner & Water Heaters. Formal Education: Diploma /Engineering Graduate
