Service Desk Operations Manager

You should have an in-depth understanding of Service Desk operations and must have experience in managing a team of up to 100+ FTEs. It is essential to possess a good understanding of the ITIL framework and processes, with a strong focus on continuous service improvement, customer experience, and Service Delivery. Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations, demonstrating problem-solving skills, and the ability to resolve issues independently. As a Service Desk Operations Manager, you will be expected to effectively manage the expansion of the engagement and ensure seamless communication and interaction with all internal and external stakeholders.
