Service Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and responding to incoming customer service requests via calls and emails, updating them in the company's CRM system. You will schedule and coordinate service technicians" visits, handle customer queries and complaints, and generate tickets in CRM for further investigation. Coordination between customers, field technicians, and internal departments like logistics, accounts, and sales will be crucial to ensure prompt resolution. Tracking spare parts availability, raising requisitions, and expediting deliveries when necessary are also part of your responsibilities. Providing regular updates to customers on service status and expected timelines will be essential to maintain transparency and customer satisfaction.
