Senior User Experience Designer

Think Design Collaborative is currently seeking Senior User Experience Designers to contribute to the creation of captivating experiences for innovative applications across Responsive Web, Mobile, and TV platforms. As a Senior UI UX Designer, you will play a vital role in the product development lifecycle by collaborating with clients and project teams, demonstrating a keen eye for detail, and staying abreast of current technologies and design trends to drive innovation in digital platforms. The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications: - Degree in HCI related disciplines like UI Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or Information Design - Background in Industrial Design with a portfolio showcasing an interest in UX Design - Degree in Graphic Design/Applied arts with proven expertise in UX Design - Demonstrable skill and knowledge in the design field - Proficiency in spoken and written English - Advanced proficiency in software tools such as Adobe Suite, Figma, etc. Responsibilities of a Senior UI UX Designer include: - Executing project deliverables as outlined by the Lead UX Designer - Effective communication within the team and occasionally with clients - Continuous learning and skill enhancement by staying updated with industry trends - Documenting the design process of projects worked on directly or by team members - Collaboration with the UX Lead on understanding and questioning UX strategies - Adhering to project timelines and schedules set by the UX Lead - Coordinating ideas internally and seeking clarification when needed - Technical competency to deliver various design elements such as wireframes, navigation structures, storyboards, etc. Desirable skills for the role include knowledge of Platform guidelines and Front-end frameworks. Depending on project requirements, the Senior UI UX Designer may work throughout the project period or specific intervals, reporting directly to the Lead UX Designer and collaborating with team members like Visual Designers and Front-end developers.
