Position Overview
creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer
Key Responsibilities
- Design responsive and user-friendly interfaces for web-based applications.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and data teams to understand requirements and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Conduct user research, create personas, and apply user-centered design principles to enhance usability.
- Develop user flows, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen mockups.
- Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to create high-fidelity UI designs.
- Implement and maintain a consistent design language and style guide.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Work in tandem with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 5 years of professional UI/UX design experience in a tech-driven environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
- Experience in designing form-based interfaces and data dashboards.
- Familiarity with design systems and reusable UI components.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
- Experience working with frontend development teams using React. js or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Exposure to usability testing tools and analytics platforms.
