Position Overview

creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design responsive and user-friendly interfaces for web-based applications.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and data teams to understand requirements and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Conduct user research, create personas, and apply user-centered design principles to enhance usability.
• Develop user flows, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen mockups.
• Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to create high-fidelity UI designs.
• Implement and maintain a consistent design language and style guide.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Work in tandem with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 5 years of professional UI/UX design experience in a tech-driven environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
• Experience in designing form-based interfaces and data dashboards.
• Familiarity with design systems and reusable UI components.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
• Experience working with frontend development teams using React. js or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Exposure to usability testing tools and analytics platforms.
