Key Responsibilities1. Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads (Search, Display), Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and real estate portals. Develop full-funnel strategies tailored for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. 2. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization Own end-to-end performance marketing funnels, optimizing cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost per-booking (CPB). Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to track, analyze, and improve lead quality and ROI. 3. Analytics & Reporting Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards to analyze campaign performance and extract actionable insights. Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with recommendations for optimization. 4. SEO & SEM Coordination Work with the content and tech teams to ensure strong SEO strategies align with SEM campaigns. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis specific to the real estate domain. 5. Creative & Content Collaboration Brief and coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and A/B testing. Ensure content resonates with real estate buyers and aligns with project USPs and brand tonality. 6. Budget Management Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring maximized ROI within allocated spends. Forecast campaign performance and justify spends with data-backed insights. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. 24 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 1 year in the real estate sector. Proven success in running data-driven digital campaigns with measurable impact. Deep understanding of real estate buyer behaviour and decision cycles. Technical Skills Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager. Hands-on with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.). Familiarity with lead tracking and CRM integrations. Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis tools proficiency is a plus.
