Senior Senior UI/UX Designer : Simplotel is looking for a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and help design our product. The design should make our product intuitive, easy to use, and high performant. The design should also help us achieve our business goals. If you have a keen eye for detail and usability, and love making highly usable and great products, if you have empathy for the customers, we should talk about this role! Responsibilities : - Design highly usable, intuitive, and snappy user interfaces that are visually appealing. - Understand what we are developing, the business and user goals, and design pixel perfect user interfaces. - Quality check the interfaces that are built by the product teams to take them to the next level. - Present completed designs to internal and external stakeholders to get feedback and improve the design. Requirements and skills : - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline - 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX designing. - Strong interaction design and visual design skills. - Ability to take feedback and understand users. - Decent communication skills. - Good understanding of typography (fonts), illustration, iconography, layout and colour theory. - Proficiency in design tools such as the Adobe family and Figma. - Understand and implement form factors and responsive designs.
