By engaging with us, you will contribute to developing end-user modules" firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the latest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as analyzing and estimating customer requirements. As an individual contributor (IC) in quality assurance, you will be responsible for test case development, test script/automation development, and test execution for new features and regression testing of mobile apps, websites, middleware, and IoT devices (e.g., Garage Door Openers, Commercial Access Controls, Video-enabled products). The ideal candidate should have 6 to 8 years of experience. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in Scrum, Daily Stand-up, Sprint, and iterative development activities. Collaborate with agile team members, scrum master, developers, and product owners to support quality assurance activities. - Analyze user stories for new features and assigned tickets, develop test cases, verify new features and tickets, and support regression testing. - Experience in SAAS-based application testing deployed in AWS/Azure platform. - Experience in integrating automation suite as part of CI/CD pipeline. - Expertise in test case development, optimization, and reviews. Ensure full requirements traceability and test coverage. - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API platforms using industry-standard tools. - Conduct manual and automated testing for backend services (APIs, databases). - Ensure mobile apps (iOS/Android) comply with platform-specific guidelines and perform optimally on various devices. - Perform API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger, or equivalent to validate RESTful services. - Summarize test results and provide accurate traceability and bug reports for Go/No-Go decisions. - Strong communication skills and willingness to take ownership in the onshore/offshore working model.
