Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Technical Author to join our team at Lionbridge Technologies LLP, with 6-10 years of experience in the software services industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop high-quality technical documentation that meets customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user manuals, guides, and other technical documents.
Conduct research and interviews to gather information for documentation purposes.
Edit and review technical documents for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices for technical documentation.
Participate in the development of style guides and templates for technical documentation.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of software services and technology concepts.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with documentation tools and software.
