Job Description

Responsibilities:

Support team growth by mentoring and sharing knowledge as a subject matter expert.
Manage COPD analysts to meet goals, measured through OSAT, UMS, and Jira scores.
Collaborate globally with Community Ops to track product and process performance.
Deliver assigned tasks on time, driving projects from start to finish.
Maintain professional, timely communication with all stakeholders while offering valuable input.
Independently lead projects from concept to successful delivery.
Analyze data to guide strategic decisions and enhance stakeholder experience.

Requirements:

Strong in JavaScript and SQL.
Proficient in Python/R.
Skilled with Tableau, Power BI, or Data Studio.
Manages cross-functional stakeholders well.
Leads projects end-to-end.
Automates and improves reports.
Builds KPIs to uncover insights.
