Position Summary

Data Steward

Essential Functions / Key Areas of Responsibility

• Working in SalesForce.com (SFDC) database to maintain and improve data integrity
• Microsoft Power BI
• Working in Customer Data Hub (CDH) to maintain and improve data integrity
• Validate Customer record accuracy, and/or update accordingly
• Manage daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly data integrity processes and practices
• Liaise with Customer 360 Program managers to ensure integrity of synchronized data
• Working alongside the SalesForce.com and Master Data Management (MDM) team to resolve data-related issues

Minimum Requirements: Skills, Experience, Education, Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Certifications, Language

Skills and Abilities:

• Microsoft Power BI
• CRM or database management, validation and verification of information
• Essential two (2) years previous experience working in a busy support and administration environment, ideally in sales administration
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office applications (use of MS Word, MS Excel)
• Database skills. Data Standardizations. Database process analysis
• Excellent communication skills. Other language(s) a plus
• Possesses an intuitive and can-do attitude committed to getting the job done

Education
