Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Professional with over 10+ years of expertise in Low-Code/No-Code platforms and IT skill hiring. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of hiring top-tier tech talent across India, the Middle East, and the US regions. This role requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on sourcing capabilities to attract niche talent in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment for Low-Code/No-Code technologies (e.g., Pega, OutSystems, Appian, Camunda, Mendix) and core IT skills (Python, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, AI & ML, Cloud, DevOps, etc.). • Manage hiring mandates across multiple geographies including India, the Middle East, and the US, ensuring compliance with regional hiring practices and timelines. • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. • Build and manage talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles. • Use modern sourcing tools, job boards, professional networks, and social media to proactively identify and engage with top talent. • Conduct initial screenings, assess technical and cultural fit, and coordinate interviews across time zones. • Drive employer branding initiatives and represent the company at relevant career events and platforms. • Collaborate with external vendors/agencies where required and manage recruitment partners across regions. • Provide data-driven insights through recruitment metrics and dashboards. Key Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on Low Code/No-Code and IT domain hiring. • Proven track record of successfully hiring for global roles across India, the Middle East, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and the US. • Proven skills in closing the open positions with less Turn Around Time. • In-depth understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and market trends in the tech industry. • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment across multiple time zones. • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, and remote hiring tools. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's / Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Certifications in recruitment technologies, sourcing, or global talent acquisition practices (preferred). • Exposure to working in a high-growth environments is a plus.
