ETS supports all aspects of revenue-generating platforms for Epsilon and sets the architectural direction for our enterprise deployments. Senior Software Compliance Analyst role involves ensuring an organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing software compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, design and complete software compliance audits, often advising senior management on compliance matters. Responsibilities Creating and managing frameworks for software compliance, including policies, procedures, and training initiatives. Identifying potential software compliance risks and evaluating their impact. Developing and implementing audit plans to ensure software compliance with relevant regulations. Gathering and analyzing data related to software compliance to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential violations. Educating employees on software compliance requirements and procedures. Keeping up to date with changes in regulations and industry s standard processes. Providing guidance and recommendations to senior management on software compliance matters. Tracking software deployments, utilization and performance and reporting on findings to relevant collaborators. Promptly bringing up potential software compliance violations or issues to the appropriate authorities. Qualifications Bachelors degree in a relevant field like computer science, business, finance, or accounting Minimum 7 years of experience in software licensing and compliance, software asset management, or software audit. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, system administration or network management. Proficiency in managing cloud services (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google) Proficiency in relevant software management tools (e.g., Snow Software, ServiceNow, Flexera). Experience in conducting software audits and risk assessments. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A thorough understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and software compliance requirements. Exceptional attention to details and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
