Job Description :

1. Social Media Strategy & Planning

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with WLC's brand and

goals.

- Plan content calendars, campaigns, and platform-specific approaches to ensure consistent and

engaging storytelling.

2. Campaign Management

- Lead the execution of multi-platform campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X

(Twitter), and other relevant platforms.

- Coordinate with design, editorial, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive digital experiences.

3. Community Building & Influencer Engagement

- Collaborate with creators, partners, and influencers to amplify reach and impact.

- Grow and engage WLC's online community by responding to trends, initiating dialogue, and

building loyal followings.

4. Analytics & Optimization

- Track insights, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reporting on engagement,

growth, and ROI.

- Use data to optimize strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.
