Job Description:

Mountstar India Contracts is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing on-site activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of civil and structural works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure project execution as per the plan.
• Monitor MIVAN Work, General civil works, including layout, leveling, quality checks, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure timelines are met.
• Interpret construction drawings and ensure accurate implementation on-site.
• Maintain records of materials, labor, and work progress.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, safety norms, and local regulations.
• Solve on-site technical issues and provide timely updates to management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project execution.
• Should have Knowledge and Experience in MIVAN Works.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of site management, structural work, and project coordination.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and using basic site tools/software.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Willingness to work on multiple project sites if required.
