Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in Apex programming and Salesforce integrations. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions that support complex business processes. The ideal candidate is expected to have a strong technical foundation, excellent problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with Salesforce integration frameworks and development tools.Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain custom applications using Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and schedulers.- Build and manage complex queries using SOQL/SOSL.- Design and implement REST and SOAP API integrations with external systems.- Configure and manage Named Credentials, OAuth 2.0, and standard Salesforce integration patterns.- Leverage Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Streaming APIs for real-time data exchange.- (Optional but preferred) Develop user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.- Ensure adherence to Salesforce security model, manage governor limits, and perform code optimization and performance tuning.- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring of junior developers.- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications :
- 9+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.- Expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce integration techniques.- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and coding standards.- Experience with OAuth 2.0, integration patterns, and API gateway configuration.- Knowledge of Salesforce event-driven architecture (Platform Events, CDC, Streaming APIs).- Familiarity with Lightning Component Framework (LWC/Aura) is a plus.- Proficient in analyzing and optimizing code performance and resolving technical issues efficiently.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
