Job Description

Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all segments (Corporate, MICE, Banquets, Events).
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive networking and relationship-building.
Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and packages.
Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to stay ahead of trends.
Lead and mentor junior sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
610 years of progressive sales experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
Strong understanding of the
Delhi NCR market
and established corporate client base.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and hotel sales systems.
