Job description Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their business objectives. Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts. Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Present and promote company products/services to existing and potential clients. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to client inquiries and issues. Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure client needs are met. Communicate client feedback and market insights to relevant teams for continuous improvement. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze account performance metrics. Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends.
