Develop leadership skills, including team management, conflict resolution, and decision-making. Performance Evaluation: Regularly review and assess your own performance with the guidance of supervisors and mentors. Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and seek feedback to continually improve your skills and knowledge. Qualifications and Requirements: Master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. The System administrator manages and supports the organization's local area network, wide area network and network segments. Our ideal candidate proactively monitors and performs regular check-ups on the network's infrastructure. Desired Roles & Responsibilities: Efficiently manage network cabling setups, ensuring optimal connectivity. Strong knowledge on the Active Directory configuration and management.
