Desired Candidate Profile 10-12 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field (B2B/B2C). Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate sector. Strong understanding of local market dynamics, including knowledge of government regulations and policies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
