We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with 3-5 years of sales experience in automobile or real estate to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect, generate leads, and convert them into real estate sales.
Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, investors, and channel partners.
Conduct property site visits, presentations, and handle client negotiations.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Provide market insights and feedback to the sales & marketing team.
Stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and competitor strategies.
Ensure smooth end-to-end sales processes with documentation support.

Requirements:

3-5 years of proven sales experience (automobile/real estate preferred).
Strong persuasion, communication, and closing skills.
Goal-driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of real estate laws & financing options (preferred).
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

What We Offer:

Attractive fixed salary + uncapped performance-based incentives

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
