Role Description:

Technical Sales Engineer/Manager

  • Drive Panels:

    Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) panels, Motor Control Centers (MCCs)
  • Automation Control Panels:

    PLC, HMI, SCADA-based panels
  • Process Control Panels

  • Custom-Built OEM Panels

    for industrial automation applications
  • Medium Voltage (MV) Switchgear Panels

    (experience preferred but not mandatory)

The candidate will work closely with panel builders, OEMs, system integrators, and end users to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored electrical and automation panel solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue in

    Panel Builder, OEM, and End User segments

    .
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across various industries.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial proposals.
  • Present and promote a wide range of control panels and related products.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop customized solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
  • Manage CRM data, generate sales reports, and track progress against targets.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Required Candidate Profile

  • 4 to 8 years of proven sales experience in

    electrical and automation control panels

    , including but not limited to drive panels, automation panels, power distribution panels, and MV switchgear.
  • Diploma or Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields.
  • Strong technical knowledge of panel design, components, and industrial applications.
  • Proven ability to plan, develop, and achieve business targets in

    Panel Builder, OEM, and End User segments

    .
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a customer-first mindset and strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
