About the Role:

Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell a broad range of insurance products, including:
  

• Insurance Products:

  Life Insurance, General Insurance, Corporate Insurance
  
• Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead generation
  
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to encourage cross-selling
  
• Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and regulatory changes
  
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale service
  

Requirements:

• Graduation in any discipline
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Sales-driven with a consultative and customer-centric approach
  
• Basic understanding of financial markets and insurance products
  
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in sales of financial or insurance products
  
• Familiarity with investment and insurance advisory practices
  IRDAI certification (preferred but not mandatory)
