As a Senior Recruiter in our organization, you will play a crucial role in the full-life cycle recruiting process, encompassing both technical and non-technical positions. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing suitable candidates to onboarding them effectively. Maintaining clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey will also be a key aspect of your role. Your key responsibilities will involve developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies tailored to different departments within the organization. Utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques such as online job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals will be essential in identifying and attracting qualified candidates. You will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, scheduling interviews with relevant stakeholders, and providing support to hiring managers in various aspects of the recruitment process. Building and nurturing relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience will be a priority for you. Additionally, you will be expected to offer guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and selection criteria. Negotiating job offers, conducting reference checks, coordinating background screenings, and staying informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment with a focus on full-cycle recruiting. A proven track record of successfully hiring top talent across different functions and levels is essential. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and employment laws, will be advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for effective interactions with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment is key. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools will be beneficial for your success in this role.
