Senior Recruiter

Role & responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and job specifications. Source candidates via job portals, social media, and headhunting. Conduct initial screening, interviews, and shortlisting of candidates. Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely feedback. Mentor and guide junior recruiters. Maintain recruitment metrics and reports. Stay updated with market trends and best hiring practices. Preferred candidate profile 25 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment. Strong sourcing skills via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in handling bulk as well as niche hiring. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools. Bachelor's degree (HR/MBA preferred).
