Senior Quality Analyst (Manual & Automation)

As a Senior Quality Analyst (Manual & Automation) based in India, Kolkata, you will play a crucial role in assessing software quality through both manual and automated testing processes. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing system specifications, collaborating with QA Engineers to develop effective test strategies, executing test cases, and analyzing results to ensure the quality of the product. You will be tasked with evaluating product code according to specifications, creating detailed logs to document testing phases and defects, reporting bugs and errors to development teams, and assisting in troubleshooting issues as they arise. Additionally, you will conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to guarantee the quality of the software throughout its lifecycle. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, proven experience in Quality Assurance, and familiarity with QA methodology. Experience with Agile frameworks and regression testing will be advantageous. Moreover, your ability to document and troubleshoot errors, work with test management software such as q Test and Zephyr, and utilize SQL will be essential in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively.
