Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing product team. In this role, youll take ownership of end-to-end product experiences across web and app from discovery and evaluation to investment execution and portfolio. You'll start by owning core user journeys related to investment discovery and engagement, but the role is flexible and may evolve to include other strategic product areas based on business needs and your strengths.
You will work cross-functionally with design, engineering, analytics, business, and marketing teams to build high-impact features that drive user growth, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of one or more product areas across the investment journey (e.g., discovery, listings, investment decisioning, portfolio experience, liquidity, or personalization).
• Build seamless and intuitive user experiences across web and app.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define, scope, and ship impactful features.
• Work with analytics and growth teams to identify funnel drop-offs and solve them with data-backed decisions.
• Launch, measure, and iterate on new products and features quickly.
• Coordinate with business, content, and marketing teams to drive conversions.
• Define and track product metrics, user engagement, and funnel movement.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning across pods.
• Optionally mentor junior PMs or analysts within the product team.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of product management experience in high-growth consumer internet, fintech, or investment platforms
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a deep understanding of funnels, user behavior, and retention
• Experience working with product analytics tools like GA4, MoEngage, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.
• Demonstrated success in shipping features end-to-end with measurable business impact.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
• Comfort in working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional collaboration.
• Bonus: Experience in fixed-income, wealth-tech, marketplaces, or buy/sell flow.
• Highly Preferred: Exposure to Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and product automations for efficiency .
