Job Description

You are looking for a Senior Process Executive - CHD with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SAP MDM WORKFLOW and SAP MDM Catalogue, along with domain experience in Item Management and Vendor Management within the retail sector. This hybrid role requires night shift availability and proficiency in English. As a Senior Process Executive - CHD, your responsibilities will include managing and overseeing SAP MDM WORKFLOW processes to ensure data integrity and efficiency. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating the SAP MDM Catalogue to support accurate and up-to-date information. Additionally, you will coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless Vendor Management processes and handle Item Management tasks to ensure accurate inventory and product data. You will also be required to provide support and troubleshooting for SAP MDM related issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data management processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all data management activities. Conducting regular audits to maintain data accuracy and integrity, developing and implementing process improvements to enhance data management efficiency, and training and supporting team members on SAP MDM processes and best practices are also part of your responsibilities. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to data management, assisting in the development of documentation and training materials for data management processes, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on data management objectives are key aspects of this role. Qualifications: - Experience with SAP MDM WORKFLOW and SAP MDM Catalogue. - Domain experience in Item Management and Vendor Management within the retail sector. - Proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Ability to work night shifts in a hybrid work model. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. - Experience in process improvement and optimization. - Ability to train and support team members. - Strong organizational skills. - Ability to conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with standards.
