Role Overview Join a dynamic team working on high-volume document and data processing systems in the financial domain for Solvas. This role blends technical collaboration, project leadership, and independent execution, with opportunities to shape process improvements in a fast-paced, global environment. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business analysts and engineers to deliver financial data processing solutions Work with product teams to finalize and define user requirements creatively and efficiently Contribute to project planning: create user requirements, estimations, specifications, and presentations Conduct regular development reviews and provide status updates through formal and informal channels Independently manage work with minimal supervision and communicate development progress effectively Create and manage sprint plans alongside product owners, aligning dependencies for smooth execution Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues impacting deliverables Provide constructive and timely feedback to team members Foster teamwork and camaraderie across geographically distributed teams Share knowledge of software development and QA methodologies with peers Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science 56 years of project management experience, ideally in a global setting Prior experience in software development projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, coordination, and leadership abilities Experience working across multiple time zones Team player with exposure to: High-volume data processing Master data management Data review or workflow platforms Support or operations teams
