Job Description We are seeking to build a team of Media Buyers with expertise in Meta Ads As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing media campaigns to drive quality leads and achieve targeted outcomes, Develop, implement, and optimize search arbitrage campaigns for affiliate marketing clients, capitalizing on variations in CPC between different search engines, Utilize various advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others, to strategically target and engage with the right audiences, Leverage tracking tools such as Voluum, Redtrack, Everflow, and others to monitor and analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights, Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign goals, target audience profiles, and key performance indicators (KPIs), Prepare compelling ad copies and creative materials for landing & pre-landing pages that resonate with the targeted audience, Inclination towards international content, performance buying & direct response marketing campaigns, Stay updated on industry best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends in search arbitrage and affiliate marketing, Provide regular reports and insights to clients, demonstrating the value delivered and progress towards KPIs, Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred), Certified in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads with Affiliate marketing experience, Inclination towards international content, performance buying & direct response marketing campaigns, Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple campaigns, ready to work in US/UK/EST shift zones Benefits Flexible working hours 5 Days working culture Health Insurance Benefits Tenure Recognition and Awards Leave Benefits as per Milestones
