Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives and target growth in the assigned regions or verticals.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skill development initiatives.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying their needs and offering customized solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and high-value accounts.
Sales Performance Management:
Monitor sales team performance, analyzing KPIs and sales metrics. Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive activity. Provide insights to the team and company leadership to stay ahead in the market.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to enhance product offerings, improve customer experience, and drive sales opportunities.
Reporting and Forecasting:
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasting future sales performance, and providing actionable insights to the leadership team.
Sales Training and Process Improvement:
Develop and implement training programs to ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to perform effectively. Continuously improve sales processes to maximize productivity.
