With residential project in Panchkula, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our on-ground sales and contribute to the project's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for the residential project, from lead generation to closure.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Manage and motivate an internal sales team and coordinate with channel partners and brokers.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and provide property consultations tailored to customer needs.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to post-sales support.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategy.
• Maintain and update sales lead and client information.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6+ years of proven experience in residential real estate sales.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Highly presentable and confident, with a polished demeanor and professional attitude.
• Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Local market knowledge of the Panchkula/Tricity area is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
