Preparing and maintaining Planogram of FMCG items across all 26 stores and ensuring its adherance3. Monetization of in-store assets and generating revenue from it4. Procurement of Store Assets and maintainance of it5. Driving Demo programs in store and increasing customer enegagement by closely working with Key brands6. Cost Ownership and Team Management
