Role Overview: The Regional Retail Manager will be responsible for driving store performance, managing retail teams, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across all company-owned stores in the assigned region. Location: Mumbai, Bangalore & Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate store managers and their teams to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and operational excellence. Oversee day-to-day retail operations including visual merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to SOPs. Analyze store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. Recruit, train, and develop high-performing retail teams in collaboration with HR and L&D teams. Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and customer service excellence across all locations. Coordinate with marketing teams to implement regional campaigns and drive footfall. Conduct regular store visits to audit processes, review performance, and coach staff. Manage P&L, budgets, and cost controls for your region. Identify new retail expansion opportunities and assist in store launch planning and execution.
