Team Profile: A&Ms Global Tax business has a team of highly skilled and seasoned tax professionals, experienced in providing practical tax advice to corporate and private equity clients throughout the transaction life cycle. We are now rapidly expanding across Asia and looking for bright seasoned TAX professionals for our India office. A&M professionals come with deep operating and financial-related experience. The team uses an integrated, focused, and tailored approach to rapidly identify and understand potential deal breakers, value drivers, and other areas of specific interest to our clients. Our professionals have significant experience on both buy side and sell side transactions across multiple different industries How will you contribute: Key Responsibilities Identifying opportunities with existing clients and leverages internal relationships to identify opportunities with new clients Ability to identify relevant service offerings and design a solution suited for clients Ability to advise clients on Indirect tax/GST laws and regulations with industry insights (where relevant) Experience in the financial services sector and deep technical excellence Managing compliance / advisory / assessment / litigation mandates at account level Representing clients before the tax authorities / appellate authorities in relation to audits / assessments / litigation matters Maintaining and enhancing strong client relationships Managing the team performance and development Encourage innovation / best practices in team Qualifying criteria Qualified CA or lawyer Atleast 6 years of relevant work experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and conceptualising/creating presentations Unsolicited Resumes from Third-Party Recruiters Please note that as per A&M policy, we do not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters unless such recruiters are engaged to provide candidates for a specified opening.
