Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the
Finance & Accounts department
in alignment with hospital objectives.
Ensure accurate and timely
financial reporting, MIS, and compliance
with statutory norms (TDS, GST, Income Tax, etc.).
Support the preparation and monitoring of
annual budgets, forecasts
, and variance analysis.
Lead
cash flow management
, fund allocation, and working capital optimization.
Assist in
project finance, capex management
, and treasury operations.
Collaborate with department heads to provide financial inputs for cost control and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors for
financial audits
and ensure readiness.
Ensure accuracy in accounting records, billing reconciliation, and vendor payments.
Drive automation and continuous improvement in finance processes and internal controls.
Supervise and mentor junior finance team members.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of
healthcare finance, tax regulations, financial systems, and statutory compliance
.
Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / Hospital Information Systems.
Good communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
