Senior Manager- Digital Agency

As a Senior Manager at the Digital Agency, you will serve as a subject matter expert in media strategy and planning within the Malabar Head Quarters business vertical. Your primary responsibility will involve leading and overseeing a program of work focused on areas such as brand campaigns, video budget allocation, and ensuring the infusion of best practices throughout the agency. You will be accountable for supervising all deliverables generated by your team, either through direct involvement or delegation. In addition, you will take charge of establishing and advancing quality standards for planning deliverables, such as Media Recommendation Templates and Post Campaign Analyses. Collaboration with other team leads, particularly in Analytics and Strategy, will be crucial in developing and implementing best practices. Furthermore, you will lead non-client specific projects on a quarterly basis to enhance capabilities, improve work quality, and drive efficiency in our deliverables. Your role will also involve actively managing team members responsible for the quality of Media Planning Milestone Meetings, including strategic and tactical presentations and post-campaign analyses. You will play a key role in high-priority campaigns and serve as the point of escalation for team-related issues. Guiding process and workflow enhancements, enhancing capabilities, improving work quality, increasing efficiency, and boosting satisfaction levels will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will participate in new business pitches, collaborating with the leadership team to formulate plans and presentations. Building and maintaining senior client stakeholder relationships on a one-on-one basis will be essential. You will also take a proactive approach to capacity and resource management, ensuring optimal utilization of resources. This role requires an MBA qualification, with a minimum of 10 to 12 years of relevant experience.
