Senior - Lead Generation Specialist (B2B Sales)

As a Senior Sales Hunter at IoT83, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth in the dynamic US market. Your primary responsibilities will include aggressively prospecting for new business opportunities, articulating the value proposition of IoT83's innovative products, and strategically engaging with prospects to position our solutions as integral to their growth. You will act as a strategic advisor, guiding prospects through the buyers" journey and demonstrating how IoT83 can drive their digital transformation. Additionally, you will inject innovative strategies to promote company values, shape culture, and envision the future. Your role will also involve advocating for customers by deeply understanding their needs and turning them into enthusiastic champions. You will be responsible for maintaining meticulous records of sales opportunities, including use cases, timelines, and revenue forecasts. Furthermore, you will need to remain available for client calls and meetings, accommodating various time zones, and assist leadership in accurately forecasting sales projections. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales roles within SaaS or IT sectors. While a B.Tech or MBA is preferred, experience in SaaS, PaaS, or Cloud sectors is advantageous. You should have a proven track record of building a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and hunting, along with excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills. Strong negotiation abilities, consultative selling skills, and proficiency in building and nurturing client relationships are also essential for success in this position.
