As a Jewelry Designer at NFDS in Jaipur, you will be part of a team that believes in the power of great design fostered by freedom, trust, and a touch of gemstone magic. We are seeking a creative individual with over 13 years of experience who is unafraid to dream big, sketch boldly, and craft unique pieces that captivate retailers and clients alike. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with over 100 varieties of natural gemstones, experiment with unexpected color combinations, and challenge conventional design norms to transform ideas into exceptional jewelry pieces. Your primary responsibilities will include translating client concepts into distinctive hand or digital sketches, staying updated on industry trends, curating mood boards, collaborating closely with gemstone cutters, CAD artists, and clients, and co-creating collections that exude freshness and fearlessness. We are looking for a candidate with a keen eye for design, a solid grasp of proportions and color theory, proficiency in hand sketching or digital tools like Procreate and Illustrator, a creative mindset coupled with a collaborative approach, a passion for gemstones, and a willingness to embrace new design challenges. A design degree is preferred, and a comprehensive portfolio showcasing your unique style and creativity is essential for us to understand your design aesthetic.
