Senior iOS Engineer, Client Platforms

The individual in this role will be accountable for the successful and timely delivery of projects or aspects of projects in the Client Platform domain. It is a development role that entails working within various Scrum and Kanban teams in multiple geographic locations around the world.
This role will include, but not be limited to, the following: analyze functional requirements, design and implement a solution based on SDLC participate in the technical design of all elements of an iOS application code, test, and deploy iOS applications or parts of iOS applications with local and/or offshore developers within a Scrum or Kanban team responsible for delivering high quality code that meets our KPI work with Product Owners and Business Analysts to ensure appropriate design and implementation of a solution work with test engineers to ensure minimum defects are introduced into QA ability to look beyond the status quo and identify areas of constant change/improvement Youll be working as a Senior iOS Engineer in the Client Platforms crew in Pune, India. We are responsible for WMA (Wealth Management Americas) client facing technology applications. This leadership role entails working with teams in US, Poland, Hungary and India. You will play an important role of ensuring scalable development methodology is followed across multiple teams and participate in strategy discussions with business, and technology strategy discussions with architects. You have: 5+ years of hands on experience developing iOS apps bachelors degree in either Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics expert level understanding of iOS frameworks (UIKit, etc) and iOS development paradigms very high proficiency with the Swift language experience with SwiftUI preferred experience with RxSwift and RxCocoa or similar reactive frameworks can effectively lead on challenging technical use cases a passion for iOS and a commitment to building award-winning apps a collaborative attitude a track record of publishing apps to the Apple App Store strong analytical, problem solving, debugging skills good verbal and written communication and organizational skills demonstrable experience being able to work to tight timelines on multiple detailed activities simultaneously experience working with agile methodology, especially scrum You are: able to operate successfully in a matrix environment proactive and detail-oriented, yet comfortable working in a dynamic environment with fast paced deliveries and changing requirements highly motivated, able to work independently and apply own initiative
