We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Investment Strategists / Lead Fund Advisors to lead the development and execution of innovative investment strategies. The ideal candidates will combine deep expertise in fund management with a strong understanding of AI/ML applications in finance to build scalable fintech solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and execution of investment models and mutual fund recommendation strategies. Collaborate with AI and machine learning teams to integrate advanced analytics into investment decision-making. Ensure all investment strategies comply with relevant regulatory requirements (SEBI/AMFI). Provide expert advisory on portfolio optimization and risk management. Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a high-performance investment advisory team. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging fintech innovations to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications & Experience: CFA Charterholder OR CFP certification (mandatory). Advanced degree in Finance preferred. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in investment strategy, fund management, or mutual fund advisory. Proven track record of managing portfolios and delivering data-driven investment solutions. Strong expertise in financial modeling, portfolio analytics, and quantitative analysis. Knowledge of AI/ML applications in finance is highly desirable. Deep understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks (SEBI/AMFI).
