Branch Manager Experience: 3–7 years in Financial Services Core Responsibilities: Branch P&L Ownership: Manage the profitability of the branch by achieving financial targets and cost optimization. Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and motivate sales and support staff; conduct performance reviews. Client Acquisition: Generate new business by building a strong local network and driving field activity. Cross-Selling: Promote multiple products (Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, Equity, Demat) to maximize revenue. Branch Operations: Oversee smooth functioning of branch activities including audits, compliance, and customer experience. Marketing Initiatives: Plan and execute local promotional events, tie-ups, and investor meets. 2. Manager – Sales Experience: Minimum 3–5 years Core Responsibilities Sales Leadership: Lead a team or work individually to achieve high-value sales targets. Product Expertise: Strong knowledge of investment products and ability to pitch to clients. Client Management: Engage new and existing customers with tailored financial solutions. Support Team: Guide junior staff/Financial Consultants in closing leads and upskilling. Reporting: Maintain and present periodic sales reports to leadership. 3. Bank Relationship Officer Experience: 1–3 years in financial product sales Core Responsibilities: Bank Coordination: Work closely with partner bank branches to generate leads. Lead Conversion: Engage bank customers and convert them into active investors. Relationship Building: Gain trust of bank employees to boost referrals. Sales Targets: Consistently meet assigned targets via walk-ins, referrals, and upselling. 4. Executive – Business Support Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome) Core Responsibilities: Documentation: Assist with form filling, KYC, and client onboarding. Customer Support: Handle queries, update clients on their application status. Data Entry: Maintain accurate digital records and reports. Sales Team Assistance: Help prepare investment proposals and marketing materials. 5. Relationship Manager – Dealer Experience: 0–3 years in stock trading Core Responsibilities Trade Execution: Manage client orders on platforms like NSE/BSE. Market Insights: Share real-time market updates and portfolio suggestions. Client Handling: Serve as a point-of-contact for investment clients, handling trading queries and issues. Sales + Dealing: Balance trade execution and up-selling investment products. 6. Financial Consultant – Sales Experience: 0–5 years Core Responsibilities: Client Prospecting: Identify new prospects via field visits, calls, and referrals. Product Sales: Sell a range of financial products – Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, Equity, etc. Portfolio Management: Help clients build and track their investment plans. Client Retention: Provide regular follow-up and market updates to keep clients engaged. 7. Channel Sales Manager Experience: 2–5 years Core Responsibilities: Channel Development: Recruit and onboard new financial agents/partners. Partner Training: Educate them on products, compliance, and sales techniques. Performance Monitoring: Ensure channel partners meet monthly targets. Revenue Growth: Expand channel network to increase business volume. 8. Business Partner Experience: 5+ years in investment sales or independent advisory Core Responsibilities: Independent Business: Act as a franchise/associate of the company under your own name. Client Base: Use your network to build and serve a client portfolio. Revenue Sharing: Earn income through commissions/incentives with backend and branding support. Advisory Role: Offer Mutual Funds, Insurance, SIPs, PMS, and other investment options. How to Apply?
