Senior Interior Designer

As an experienced Interior Designer specializing in hospitality projects, your role will involve leading and overseeing the design and development of interior spaces for hotels, malls, villas, and other similar projects. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing design schemes that not only meet client requirements but also align with project goals and industry trends. Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing detailed design drawings such as floor plans, elevations, sections, and furniture layouts using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, or Lumion. Additionally, you will create captivating presentations and mood boards to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role as you work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. Your expertise will be crucial in selecting and specifying finishes, materials, fixtures, and furnishings that not only meet aesthetic requirements but also functional needs. In addition to your design responsibilities, you will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, sharing your knowledge and expertise. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field and have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in interior design for hospitality projects. Expert proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, or Lumion is required, along with a strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
