Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of visually compelling and innovative product designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing, to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
Create and present design concepts, mockups, and prototypes for new products and product enhancements.
Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept to final production, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to brand guidelines.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform design decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Manage multiple orders simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
Preferring candidates with Experience in manufacturing industry(Mementos, gifts etc..)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

Performance bonus
