Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead and elevate our brand’s visual identity. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact designs across digital and print platforms, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating closely with marketing, product, and other teams to deliver compelling visual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to final execution for campaigns, brand materials, social media, websites, and other marketing collateral.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create engaging visuals aligned with business goals.
• Oversee and review the work of junior designers, providing constructive feedback and mentorship.
• Create illustrations, infographics, and animations (if required) to support campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Liaise with external agencies, printers, and other vendors when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of proven experience as a graphic designer, with at least 7 years in a senior or lead role.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across different media.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
