Role Overview We’re looking for a Creative Senior Designer who can conceptualize and create visually appealing, brand-aligned social media creatives, reels, and motion graphics for campaigns across luxury, hospitality, fintech, and lifestyle domains. This role will require a balance of design thinking, trend awareness, and execution finesse. Key Responsibilities Design engaging social media content including static posts, carousels. Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to bring brand campaigns to life Understand brand guidelines and apply them creatively across mediums Create compelling layouts, typography, and graphic treatments for digital storytelling Stay updated with design trends and platform-specific content formats Brainstorm and contribute to campaign ideation and visual strategy Requirements 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or content design roles Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), AI Tools) Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple brands with varied styles Experience with reels and motion graphics is a plus Knowledge of AI tools (like Midjourney, RunwayML) is an advantage A strong portfolio of relevant work is mandatory What We’re Looking For A creative thinker who understands the balance of brand guidelines and innovation Someone who’s passionate about storytelling, culture, and emerging trends A proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership
