Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Full Stack Developer

with over 8 years of experience specializing in Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications, with strong expertise in both backend and frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
Ensure the security and compliance of applications.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years
of professional experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in
Java
and
Spring Boot
for backend development.
Extensive experience with
ReactJS
for frontend development.
Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend build tools.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with microservices architecture.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Prior experience in leading technical teams or projects.

Education

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
