Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in React and Node.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable, high-performance web applications, with a focus on delivering clean, efficient, and maintainable code. This is a remote position, and the candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using React for the front-end and Node.js for the back-end.
• Architect and implement scalable APIs, microservices, and database structures to support business requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define technical requirements and deliver user-focused solutions.
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems and processes.

Required Qualifications

• Experience- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with at least 2+ years focused on React and Node.js.

Front-End Skills

• Expertise in React.js, including hooks, state management (Redux), and component-based architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive design.

Back-End Skills

• Strong expertise in Node.js and frameworks like Express.js.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Proficiency in database management currently MS_SQL.
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth).

Other Technical Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms ( Azure preferable).
• Familiarity with containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks.

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude toward learning and adapting to new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of serverless architectures or microservices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Work Details

• Time Zone - Must have a reasonable overlap with ET. (3 PM Till 12 PM)
